This iconic city is an international financial and banking centre, known the world over for the imposing Golden Gate Bridge. It is located on the west coast of the United States of America, bordered by the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay.  The summers are hot and dry, the winters wet and mild with autumn recommended as the best time to visit.
